Nasi Goreng

Nasi goreng is famous Indonesian food. Easy to cook and delicious. There is no standard recipe to cook nasi goreng. The most important step is to fried nasi, then you can put any ingredients and taste that you like. This is a version of my favorite nasi goreng:
2 cup nasi
2 tablespoon cooking oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
a little salt
Half cup sliced carrots
1 stalk scallion
2 garlic, minced
Heat the pan, pour cooking oil or vegetable oil, add garlic, scallion, and carrots, mix until half done. Pour sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well. Then add nasi, mix well. Turn off the stove, and put nasi goreng to serving plate. 
You can eat nasi goreng with sunny side up egg, sliced cucumber, or fried chicken. It is super delicious!
