Make A Plan of What Kind of Work That Will be Taken Together

After you and your kid agree on the definition of work, it is time to make more detailed planning about the work done together. Because this early period is still in the stage of practicing so it is better if done together with parents.

This early period is also the right time for learning about the good attitude of work. Parents must set an example for the kid and discipline their children to work well. Basically there are two good attitudes of work: diligence and resilience. Diligence means that children take the initiative to start working on a daily basis and take the initiative to do their jobs properly. Resilience means the kid is able to face difficulties from outside or from within himself.
In this step, you will determine:
1. What kind of work will be taken? Will you sell something? Or will you offer a service to your client? Decision making at this point must be based on family conditions, not only in accordance with the kid’s wishes. Choose work that is capable of being done by the family first, and then what is desired.
2. Details of the work. At this point, choose work that you and your kid can do together. Remember, after all, children need guidance and examples from parents through togetherness.
3. Division of work. Basically, the division of work does not need to be done, because this stage is still at the beginning of work, the kid still needs guidance and he must learn to work on all parts of this family business in order to understand everything. This is a special opportunity for your kid to understand all aspects of the family business.
4. The most fun part is: making a company name and logo! This is the most interesting part of the whole family. And this is the beginning of teamwork, where children learn to negotiate and reach an agreement with the new team.
5. Determine the scope of the family company, is it needed a website? Or is it a locally based company such as a laundry service, or a cafe that serves local residents.
Plan your family business with a spirit of togetherness. Parents should not dominate decisions, but rather direct your kid to discuss and reach agreements. All need to be learned.
Things to remember: At this stage the most important thing is cooperation and learning to reach an agreement.
